On March 16th, Rebecca Law wrote: “It passed the Feb review and can now head to the Council. I will make up a proposed schedule and send it to you.”

Back in November, 2009, we submitted a lengthy form called the “Contract for Sale of Surplus development Property” to the City of Minneapolis. In January we learned that City planning staff were to meet Feb 8th (yesterday) to review the matter and decide if the transaction accords with the City’s land use policies. When it passes that review, it will be ready for the City Council. We’ll keep updating as the process goes on.
